Proud father, loving husband, beloved brother and uncle, and treasured friend, Jay's fun-loving and positive spirit brought smiles to everyone he knew. He was a passionate sports fan, loved a good round of golf, and was a great photographer who loved to capture life's beautiful moments. Jay's favorite evening would start with chocolate ice cream and end with a spirited game of cards with friends. Jay's positive outlook was infectious, felt by his family and friends to whom he was so dedicated. Jay will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
